Introducing Reflections to Juniors

As a reflective practitioner I  reflect constantly, thinking of how I can make the learners I am responsible for to be the best they can be. Sometimes too much, as I often wake at night with ideas and next steps, especially at the moment as I enter a new space.  I have really worked hard in the senior school to set the learners up so that reflecting is a part of what they do and it's so  awesome to see on seesaw a new management tool we have introduced, how students are running with this now. They are articulating that they know what they're learning, why and if they have learned it. Yay!! I feel a little envious that I'm not a major part but then I think hey I've set this up and the teachers left are rolling with it..so I must have done something right.

Due to a change in circumstances I now am having to adapt for young learners. After reading the above linked read that was shared today, it has prompted me to again adapt prompts for learners that as a teacher are a habit after every lesson. I do this, but in order for my new team I have made another, yes another prompt.
I like this and will adapt. One example I have made is:

 Need to share this team many other ideas I have.
