Eucharist, Mass and Holy communion they are the same thing the everyday reality of being with God

Symbols used at Eucharist:
- Bread and wine because part of the Passover meal - need to have gluten
- lamb of God - the lamb that was sacrificed
- Crucifix
Eucharist is not only a meal but also a sacrifice
