FISH! Philosophy Tips to Choose Your Attitude

In every situation choose your attitude You may not control what happens to you, but you do get to decide
how you respond to it.

1. Be aware of your inner voice: 

What does it say to you as you wake every morning

2. What’s your goal?

Decide what you are going to be today whether it's helpful or patient and stick to that for the day.
Think ahead to what people may challenge your attitude.
REHEARSE and REAFFIRM your goal and stick to it and stay focused on your goal. 
Remember disagreements come and go but relationships are not easily replaced.

3. Adopt a “growth” attitude

Remember that your attitude is shaped by how you see yourself and how you see others. It is important to have a growth mindset. This will give more engagement and power.
More flexible to handle change. COllaborate more and feel safe to try new situations

4. Challenge your assumptions

Be careful to not assume the worst of people's motives and especially if we don't agree or have a positive connection with them. have a different attitude than you
If you have a coworker or employee you think has a bad attitude or lack of
motivation, move past your assumptions. Reach out. Find out why—not with
accusations but with caring questions.
This will make you more aware of what's happening and will help you to respond more productively.

Treat them with a little kindness. Find out what they do well.
Remeber people respond to you how they treat you.
